Are you a business that would like to show off your products to either Camp Directors and/or Parents? We have a great opportunity for you to co-sponsor our breakfast at either of our camp fairs.
As a Breakfast Co-Sponsor you will have access to speak with the camp directors during their set up time from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. We will put flyers on each camp’s table thanking your organization for providing a light breakfast.
- We will include your promotional information in the camp directors’ folder that they pick up upon arriving at each fair.
- You may speak with the camp directors about your program while they are setting up in the ballroom.
- You may distribute your marketing information and display your organization’s logo on a sign or banner.
- In addition, you will have a table in the lobby near our registration table to promote your organization to the public.
- If you want, we would be happy to include promotional materials in the registration bags that we give all of those who attend the event.
- We will mail you a spreadsheet of all the families’ contact information who attended the fairs at which you are a co-breakfast sponsor.
The cost to be one of the co-breakfast sponsors is $250 per day.
