Sensational Summers is owned and operated by Barbara Rubin for the purpose of organizing and running summer camp fairs. Sensational Summers is responsible for the camp fairs sponsored by the New Jersey Section of the American Camp Association.
The goal is to hold camp fairs that provide the opportunity for parents to meet camp directors from a large number of quality summer camps and summer programs throughout the United States. In this day and age of dual working parents a camp fair is a wonderful way for parents to maximize their time for finding just the right program for their child.
Typically, over 40 camps attend each fair. Instead of spending hours surfing the Internet, parents can meet the camp directors in person and have a quality conversation about the programs and facilities that the different camps offer. This past year Sensational Summers organized and ran a camp fair for the employees of Novartis Pharmaceuticals at their East Hanover campus.
In February 2010 Sensational Summers will be organizing and running two camp fairs in South Florida, on Saturday, February 6 at the Miami Marriott Dadeland and on Sunday, February 7 at the Boca Raton Marriot at Boca Center.
